The spraying part of our Gravity Feed Sandblasting Gun is a double-acting pneumatic hydraulic booster pump, and the reversing mechanism is a special type of pilot-operated full air-control gas distribution reversing device. When the piston moves to the upper or lower end of the cylinder, the  valve of our Gravity Feed Sandblasting Gun is actuated to control the air flow to instantly push the valve reversing device to reverse, so that the piston of the air motor makes a stable and continuous reciprocating motion.

Description

The Gravity Feed Sandblasting Gun realizes the function to control the air flow to instantly push the air reversing device to reverse, so that the piston of the air motor makes a stable and continuous reciprocating motion. The inhaled paint is pressurized, which is conveyed into the spray gun of the spraying machine through a high-pressure hose. The paint is atomized by the spray gun and released to the surface of the coated object. Composed of a feeding device and a spray gun, it can be an ideal facility for leather handbags, gift packaging, furniture, footwear, automobile manufacturing and other industries.
